This email is to inform The Garfield County Sheriff’s Department and the Fire Protection District; that
WPX Energy, Rocky Mountain, LLC has completed drilling operations on the above mentioned
drilling location. The rig associated with the drilling development will start moving to another
location, of which you will be notified, on 9/16/14.
In accordance with Garfield County Planning and Zoning Regulations, we must notify you on the
removal of the Small Temporary Housing Facility located on the RU 23-5 pad development.
