Storage Facilities Policies
Storage facilities are for the use of RV tenants only. The storage lockers will be rented on a
month to month basis. There is no long term lease, but you may reserve units for up to 6 months.
Storage facility can be accessed between the hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days per week.
The speed limit is 10 MPH.
You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification (e.g., driver’s license,
state ID or passport) to rent a storage locker.
You can purchase a new, sealed lock (no one else has a key to that lock – just you). If you prefer
to provide your own lock, you’re welcome to do so. If you lose your key or access card, please
notify management during regular business hours and we will remove the lock for a $25 fee.
High Mesa storage facilities are not climate controlled.
Our units are designed to store personal or business belongings. No vehicle, ATV, Motorcycle,
UTE storage is allowed.
You can reserve your unit up to 30 days before you move in. You can rent your unit
online up to 7 days before you move in.
You are responsible for the things you are storing and insurance for your stored belongings is
required. You may be covered under an insurance policy you already have. Check with your
insurance agent to be sure. The Park assumes no liability for you belongs in any circumstance.
Only use electricity in storage unit for lights. The storage unit is not for working on
projects such as but not limited to woodworking, car repair, sewing, etc.
While using your facility do not block other tenants’ ability to pass by or use their storage
facility.
You will be billed using the Credit Card information that is supplied with your RV site. If
you desire another form of billing please inform the manager. If payment is made 10 days
late there will be a late fee of $15 per day.
The facility is for use for legal storage only. If we believe there are any illegal activities
or illegal storage happening in your storage unit we reserve the right to contact police and
enter your storage facility without permission.
Hazardous Materials:
o Anything which creates a threat to health and safety shall not be permitted on the
Premises.
o For the purpose of this provision, "Hazardous substance" refers to any flammable,
combustible, corrosive, explosive or toxic fluid, material, chemical, solid, gas or
substance. (Including, but not limited to, paint, batteries, motor oil or other
vehicle fluids, herbicides, insecticides, poisons, chemicals or other toxic
materials.
o No hazardous substances may be stored on the Premises.
o Renters shall not dispose of any hazardous substances under or about Dumpsters,
Premises, other home sites in the Park, the Park's common areas or any other area
of the Park (including, but not limited to, the sewer system, or other drainage area
or the ground, accessory equipment or elsewhere on the Premises).
o In the event Renter stores or disposes of hazardous substances on or about Storage
Premises or elsewhere in the Park, Renter shall immediately and appropriately
remove the hazardous substances at Renter’s own expense. If the Renter fails to
remove the hazardous substances within one (1) day after Park Management gives
Renter written notice to remove the hazardous substances, the actual cost of such
removal shall be immediately due and payable to the Owner. Renter agrees to
indemnify Park against (and hold harmless from) any loss, liability, damage or
expense, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, which (either
directly or indirectly) Park may incur or suffer by reason of the storage or disposal
by Renter of any hazardous substances on Premises, other home sites in the Park
or any other areas of the Park.
Non Payment of Rent or violation of agreement. In the event of nonpayment the Park
shall take legal action under the laws of the State of Colorado and shall dispose of the
property in the locker as specified by such laws, regulations or court judgments.
Please notify management when you move out of your facility so that we make it available to a
