The reason for needing a new building is because at the present time we do welding, aluminum pressing, drilling with a drill press, Cutting with a 12" F3andsaw, and many other such things close to our retail counter and thus the -public is around us when we are working. With the new building we could keep the public out of the work area and in a special counter area to be waited on, and thus could better meet 3alety Standards. The new building would give us more inside storage area which is a must since p'astic that is stored outside becomes brittle. With more s o rage space we could increase our inventory and better serve the community around us. The area s that w serve are Debeque, Aspen , Eagle, Burns, Meeker, Grai :r, and Hangley. We carry several items in stock that world have to be hougnt in Grand Juction or Denver. The new Building would inahle us to carry a little better stock of items to meet the needs of the area around us, thus we are asking for a special Use building, permit so we can do this constuction.
