Carol J. Dodo, Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells
and conveys to Dominic Dodero and Sara Dodero, as joint tenants, Grantees, whose legal
address is 2653 County Road 250, Silt, Colorado 81652, the following real property in the County
of Garfield and State of Colorado, to wit:
A 50% undivided interest in and to the following described property:
