Truck # I I is in and out throughout the week. It is usually always parked in the yald weekends. Truck #12 would be the same as #11. Truck #13 is parked in Grand Junction due to the driver being from that location. Truck #14 would be the same as #11 and #12. Truck #15 would also be the same as #1L,#12 and#14. Truck #21 is here every night including weekends. Tru ck #22 is usually gone during the week and parked in the yard weekends. As far as the trailers there will always be some trailers in the yud.I cannot tell you which ones because it depends on the product they are hauling at the time. We try and keep all equipment parked in a orderly fashion. All of our neighbors I have listed in requirement #5 say they do not have a problem with the trucks being parked here. Some say they enjoy watching them with all the lights and things. We have never had anyone stop or call due to a problem with any of our drivers or the trucks themselves. I do hope you will issue us the parking permit. This is one of the reasons we moved out of Glenwood to Mamm CreEk. All neighbors say they do not here the trucks. We do not have neighbors that are right on top of us. 2) Vibration levels ere very minimal not much more than a diesel vehicle. 3) Emissions comply with state, county and federal laws. 4) No problems 5) (A) There is no fuel stored on premises and never has been on premises. Equipment is fueled at regular fuel stops. (B) Trees will be planted this spring all along the fence line. (C) Not applicable (D) No fuel or any kind of waste are on premises. 1) Lot size is 6.94 acres and is not in a subdivision, 2) The closest residential dwelling is our home' 3) Trees will be planted this spring, 4) No maintenance or repairs are done on premises. (E) Our storage area takes about ll2 acre. (F) Alllighting is pointed inward and down. 6) There is no pollution associated with the storage of our trucks and trailers. 1)The nature of the permit is to park tractors and trailers on our land. The hours of operation rs 24 hours a day. We haul mag chloride for state and also road salt for the state. We have 5 enddumps, 2 dump trucks, and 3 water tankers parked at times on the properfy. Most of the trucks are gone during the week and zre home on weekends. So at the most there would be 3 tractors, 2 dump trucks and 6 to 8 trailers. There is no shop on promises so we only need the truck parking here. Our shop in Grand Junction does all maintenance on equipment. Truck washing is done at local pay washes. No utility imp:rovements are needed. Counff road 346 was chip and sealed about 3 years ogo, there has been no damage or breaking up done to the road. The aacess road we use for our driveway was added with a county permit and was checked out by the county people after it was put in and they said it was fine no problems. During this time I have never had a problem (or even beran concerned) with the parking of trucks on their property. I do not profess to know the legal definitions with regard to business use of a property, but I can see the difference between parking three or four trucks lnd tne operations carried on at Harry's Heavy Haulers or the soon to be completed Garfietd County facilities just down the road. I would not like to live next door to either of the facilities !just mentioned, but I do not have a problem with my neighbor parking his truck (or even three or four) at his house when they are not on the road.
