In accordance with and pursuant to the Garfreld County 7-nnhg Resolution of 1978, as
amended, and Resolutrff No. ?006-21 of the Board of' County
Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use
Permit, the following use:
..FLOODPLAIN SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT"
This Special Use Permit is issued to the property owned by Falmouth, Inc., legally
described as Tract A of the Elder Subdivision containing approximately 1.204 acres and
is located in the floodfringe portion of the 100-year floodplain of the Roaring Fork River
east of Carbondale in Section 36 of Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian in the County of Garfreld, State of Colorado.
The Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above
mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and
other appiicable provisions of the Gar|reld County Znning Resolution, Building Code,
Comprehensive Plan, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of
Garfi eld County, Colorado
