CO State Inspection Request.pd!
We received the following request from the factory/State of CO. Not sure if you've gotten this
request before. They are asking for some inspections that look like things you would do anyway.
Wasn't sure who to send it to. They need to have the form signed before the modules ship from the
factory. Can you please forward onto the appropriate person if you are not the one? I have provided
the map to the site as requested as well as the address.
