This revised map shows the correct location of the proposed residence and sewage disposal system, and also delineates the limits of the fill to be placed for the construction of the house and sewage disposal system. This area, which is shaded on the enclosed map, corresponds with the non-wetland area that we discussed during our on-site meeting with Tom Joiner on April 2nd. Tom has asked if you would provide him with a letter documenting our meeting so he can proceecl with this project. The enclosed map also shows the approximate location of proposed underground utilities, (water, electric, phone, etc.) that will serve the new residence. These utilities will cross two small streams and adjacent wetland areas. We request authorization to construct the underground utilities in accordance with the applicable Nationwide General Permit.
