F'OR A COMMERCIAL PARK
1. Electricity is already provided to the premises and is presently
being utilized in a nuitaing which will subsequently be moved off
of the property onto adjacent property to the south and east.
2. An aerated sewage system exists on the property and a variance has
been granted by the Garfietd County Zonrng Board of Adjustment for
the uie of thi; sewage system on the proposed Commercial Park
building.
3. A well producing potable water, and currently in use, producing
15 gallons per minute and approved for commercial establishntents
by ifr. nepaitment of Water Resources currently exists on the subject
property.
