I am pretty concerned I am not going to be able to meet 30 day deadline for conditional permit with lady that is giving me modular. She is trying to obtain CO on Thursday I believe. She has no loan ect. deadline as we were talking about. My engineer will have foundation plans mid next week. Wondering if it's possible to extend removal of modular 15 to 30 days from her Co.
