Building, located at 1821 (2717) CR 215, Parachute, CO and the following correction/revision is required
prior to permit issuance. The remodeled toilet rooms #267 and #268 do not meet the required 60"
accessible clearance around the water closet, measured perpendicular from the side wall, per ICC/ANSI
A117.1-2003, Section 604.3, please see attached.
With your permission, I can expedite permit issuance by redlining the plans and inserting the
attachment, or, await revised plan pages A6.01 and A7 .02 specifying this requirement. Please advise as
to how you would like to proceed with this request. Please reference building permit number BLC0-10-
14-3430 on your correspondence. Feel free to forward any questions or concerns.
