The above stated and other reasons, the proposed special use permit has been determined to be inthe best interest ofthe health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperityandwelfrre' ofthe citize,ns of Garfield County. 4. TheapplicationhasmettherequirementsofSpecialUse(Sections5:03,5:03:07,5:03-08and 9:03) the Garfield County l,sning Resolution of 1978. State, and County laws, regutrations and standards- 5.
