c€nter of Crystal River 772'more or less, to a point; ttrence S. 80"49'W. 697'
more or less, thence N, 40'17' E. 1024.22 to place of beginning.
The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above-
mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such condifions and othu
applicable provisions of the Garfield County /sninr resolution, Subdivision Regulations,
Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfreld
County, Colorado.
