SPECTAL USE PERMTT
New Castle Energy CorPoration
In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of tbe Garfield
County Zoning Resolution of L979, as amended, and Resolution No. 85-I7I of
the goard of county commissioners of Garfierd county' colorado' state of
Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the following
activity:
Extraction, storage and limited processing of natural resources,
industrial support facilities, water impoundments, mineraf waste
disposal, access routes, the wholesale/retail sale of coal and
temporary water pumP
on the following d,escribed tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado:
See attached nxhibit a.
The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set
forth in the abovE-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during
compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of the
eartietd County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regutations, Building Code,
and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County.
NOTE: This Permit shaLl expire I20 days after issuance unless
construction or use has commenced within that time period or unless the
Garfield gounty Board of County Commissioners has issued an extension of
t.his permit prior to itrs expiration date.
