NOW, TIIEREFORE, BIr IT RESOLVED by the Boald of Coturty Coulnissioners of Garfield
Coturty, Colorado, that the Special Use Pennit be and hereby is authorized permitting the construction of a
natural gas pipeline, upon the fbllowing specilic conclitions:
(Note: The following sor.u'ce cocles are showu following each condition - ( I ) r'epresents standard conditions

l. AII proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions of approval rmless stated
otherwise by the Board of County Cornrnissioners. ( I )
Z. The applicant shall have 120 days liornthe date of the Resolution of ConditionalApproval
to rneet all couditions set forth in the Resolution. The Special Use Pennit shall be issued
when all couditions are rnet and shall expire 120 days after issuance, tmless constnrction or
use have comntenced. ( I )
3. Standard procedures for the project will include irnpleurentation of erosiott coutrol aud
revegetation rneasu'es to insure that lantls disturbed by constnrction activities will be restored
to a stable. productive, arrd aesthetically acceptable condition. (2)
4. During coustnrction of the project, a representative of RMNG or PSCo will: (a) act as a

Unless otherrvise requested by the laudorvner. RMNG and PSCo rvill leave the ROW in a
"roughened" stAte that riill discourage the recreational use of the ROW by offiroacl vehicle
enthusiasts.(2)

including streanls and other bodies olwater. Although spills are unlikely, any spills and trash
