Outside grading done to where water will detour away from the building; 7. Exceptions to the outside steps, decks and grading may be made upon the demonstration of extenuating circumstances, i.e. weather, but a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all the required items are completed and a fmal inspection made; 8. A final inspection sign off by the Garfield County Road & Bridge Department for driveway installation, where applicable; as well as any final sign otT by the Fire District, and/or State Agencies where applicable.
