A tlnished roof, a lockable house, complete exterior siding, exterior doors and windows installed, a complete kitchen with cabinets, a sink with hot & cold running water, non-absorbent kitchen tloor coverings, counter tops and finished walls, ready for stove and refrigerator, all necessary plumbing; 4. A final inspection sign off by the Garfield County Road & Bridge Department for driveway installation, where applicable; as well as any tina! sign otT by the Fire District, and/or State Agencies where applicable.
