HomeMy WebLinkAbout3.0 Director's Determination 10.24.2014Garfield County October 24,2014 John Reed PO Box 255 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 RE: William and Charlotte Zilm - Amended Plat of Sunlight Parkway (File No. FPAA-8013) Dear Mr. Reed: This letter is provided to you, as the authorized representative for Garfield County File FPAA-8013, pertaining to the 1st Amended Plat of Sunlight Parkway, AKA the Sewage Treatment Area of Sunlight View Subdivision (Parcel Number: 2185343000:23 (platted)), and a parcel located in the South % of Section 34, Township 65, Range: 891 West of the 6th P.M. (Boundary Line Adjustment) (Parcel Number: 218534400021 (unplatted)). This letter is notification that your request to amend the final plat by moving the property line and eliminating two utility easements and an access easement has been reviewed by the Community Develrcpment Department and the Director herebt/ issues a determination conditionally approving the request with the finding that the Sunlight Parkway Amended Final Plat Application meets the requirements and starrdards of the Garfield County Land Use and Development Code as amended. The t;onditions of approval are as follows: 1. That all representations of the Applicant contained in the Application submittals shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended or modified by the conditions contained herein. 2. The Plat shall be subject to final review and approval by the County prior to submittal of the plat for final execution. All standard plat certificates and signature blocks shall be included on the final plat. 3. For recording purposes, the final Mylar shall be created in black and white only. 4. The plat shall be recorded within 90 calendar days of this approval. Notice of this decision will be provided to the Board of County Commissioners who has the ability to 'call-up' the application for review at a public hearing. You will be notified of the Board decision once it is received or upon expiration of the 10 day notice period (November 3,2014).
