In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the
Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1979, as amended, and
Resolution No. 82 -278 of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special
Use Permit, the following activity:
A utility line; specifically, a natural gas pipeline
on the following described tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado:
Parcels of land situated in Township 7 South, Range 90 West:
SW SW Section 21; E1/2 Section 20; 141/2 NW 4 Section 28
The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions
set forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only
during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions
of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations,
Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County.
