CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT WAREHOUSE GARFIELD ODUNTY GLEVWOOD SPRINGS, COLORADO DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS: The proposed building will be a conventional pre-engineered "Butler" Building with an attached two-story contemporary office structure to house support facilities. The warehouse facility will have metal walls, and the office building will have a wood and glass exterior with architectural metal facade. The gross building area will contain approximately 23,300 square feet total, with 3,000 square feet in the office and 20,300 square feet in the warehouse. Both buildings will be heavily insulated, with R730 roof and R -13/R-19 walls. The project is designed to accommodate rail service for all incoming shipments. It is anticipated that five delivery trucks will be utilized, leaving the facility for deliveries in the morning and returning in the evening to be parked in the warehouse for re -loading Paved parking will be provided on the site for employees and visitors, arra the project will be extensively landscaped to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
