LaGIGLIA as Creditors' Trustee and as Attorney-in-fact for Mid - Continent Resources, Inc. and MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES, INC., a -Delaware corporation, 1058 County Road 100, Carbondale, Colorado of the County of Garfield, State of Colorado, Grantors, and MIDCON REALTY, LLC., a Limited Liability Corporation, whose legal address is Box 1298, 0755 Airport Road, Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601, Grantee: WITNESSETH, this deed is executed and delivered by Louis;M.
