In a nutshell Verizon Wireless proposes to; 1) Take down 6 old antennas 2) Install six new antennas in their place 3) Attached (Ex -F) is the original permit This will upgrade the tower to the newest 4G technology (smart phones). Attached please find an Index/cover page and brief narrative (Exhibit A) of what Verizon Wireless is proposing to exchange at this communications facility. Exhibit "B" is a copy of the A&E drawings detailing the proposed antenna swap of like for like equipment. On page A3 of Exhibit B, I have circled the proposed change with a "cloud" to highlight the antenna swap. Exhibit "C" is a detailed product sheet for the antennas that will be used for the replacement. Also attached as exhibit "D" is a road map and satellite map of the referenced location of this facility. Exhibit "E" is a RF emissions statement/letter by the RF Engineer for Verizon Wireless responsible for this site. Exhibit "F" is a copy of the original zoning approval letter for this facility.
