The liner will be installed in the following steps. Please refer to the enclosed photo exhibits. L. Step One: The wall, in the configuration required by the client, is built prior to our arrival at location. 2. Step Two: Our workers mask the outside of the walls where the line and cloth will overlap and attach. 3. Step Three: Roll out material from the walls to the entire inside. 4. Step Four: Spray adhesive outside to attach the material to the wall. Adhere all the fabric to itself overlapping to prevent holes and leakage. 5. Step Five: Spray from the outside in, sealing the containment. Removing the masking on the outside as the cloth now adheres to the wall. 6. The development and review procedures required by law have not yet been completed. The Construction Stormwater General Permit, which expired June 30, 2Ot2, is administratively continued and will remain in effect under Section 104(7) of the Administrative Procedures Act, C.R.S. 1973, 24-4-707, et seq (1982 repl. vol. 10) until a new permit/certification is issued and effective.
