DIRECTOR DETERMINATION - Cooperton Townsite - Dorothy Moore & Ralph Young -
Amended Plat Parcels A & B (File No. FPAA-8071)
Dear [Ms. Palmer,
This letter is provided to you, as the authorized representative for Garfield County File
FPAA-8071, pertaining to Cooperton Townsite Parcel A and Parcel B of Block 10. This
letter is notification that your request to amend the final plat by relocating the property
line as shown in Exhibit A has been reviewed by the Community Development
Department and the Director hereby issues a determination conditionally approving the
request. The conditions of approval are as follows:
1. That all representations of the Applicant contained in the Application submittals
shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended or modified by the
conditions contained herein.
2. All requirements from the County Surveyor shall be met prior to submittal of the
plat for final execution.
3. The Plat shall be subject to final review and approval by the County prior to
submittal of the plat for final execution. All standard plat certificates and signature
blocks shall be included on the final plat.
For recording purposes, the final Mylar shall be created in black and white only
The plat shall be recorded within 90 calendar days of this approval.
The Vicinity tMap as submitted shall be added to the Plat.

Notice of this decision will be provided to the Board of County Commissioners who has
the ability to 'call-up' the application for review at a public hearing. You will be notified of
the Board decision once it is received or upon expiration of the 10 day notice period
(November 17,2014).
