To whom it may concern,
I, Danny L Snyder, am the owner of the new pool and pool house that is currently being constructed at
1404 West 2"'d Street, Rifle Colorado.
This new structure is for private use only for me and my family. The kitchen area and bathroom that will
be in the new pool house structure is to be used for private parties only. This new structure will never be
used for a bedroom or similar living dwelling.
