BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
signed Albert L . ay.d JDoreAe.. L. Qars.tev`,
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of /x.5/8 acre tract of
land into 2.. tracts of approximately Sin ' a.ncl '%•fib acres each,
more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as
follows:

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) - (d) and the Garfield County

In support of this petition the petitioner also submits the following:

lot subdivision and access.
(b) Vicinity Map.
(c) Statement on source of domestic water.
(d) Statement on method of sewage disposal.
(e) 100 year floodplain information where
live stream crosses or adjoins said tract.

A parcel of land situated in Lots 13 and 14 of Section 10, Township 7 South, Range 88 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Tying Southerly of a county road as constructed and in
place and Northerly of the Southerly lines of said Lots 13 $ 14, said parcel of land is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 14 whence the South Quarter Corner
of said Section 10 bears: S.83°10'43" E. 1200.96 feet; thence N.83'10'43" W. 201.44 feet
along the Southerly lines of said Lots. F3 & 14; thence N.00°02'32" W. 563.65 feet; thence
N.I3°42'20" W. 693.77 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said road; thence N.83°35'
00" E. 201.6_5 feet along the Southerly line of said road; thence S.13'42'20" E.692.I3 feet;
thence S.00°02'32" E. 611.71 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Section 10, the
point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 5.88 acres, more or less.
