Re: Donlan Subdivrsion exemption applicatton
This letter is to clariff my letter submitted with the onginal exemption applicatron concerning the
existence of a 1 acre minimum building site with a slope of 40%o or less.
The original leuer may of given the imlression that no1 enough field work was done to confirm St P:.h u
site exiits. Although i Uo*aary ru*ey and topographic survey was not conducted, the proposed building
site was measured using a clinometer to veri& siopes and a tape to check the acreage.
I was confident after the initial work on site that if conditional approval of tie exemption
applicaUon was given by the board that a complete boundary survey of the property and a topographic
su*ey of the building site would indicate ttlat the site conforms to the requirements oflhe county.
