Upon researching the owrrership of the land proposed for subdivisiott, it ltas beett found that the parent parcel of 632 */- acres was in existence prior to Jattuary l, 1973. Flowever, tlte parent parcel has been subdivided a nurnber of times, effectively creating new parcels ilt excess of the four (4) parcels allowed rurder the provisions of Sectiotr 8:52 of the Garfield County Subdivisiolt Regulations of 1984. Therefore, your request for an exernption is not allowed under these provisions. If you would like to continue this process of subdivisiou, you will be requirerl to colnply with tlre provisions ofthe Subdivision Regulations of Garfield Coutrty, Colorado of 1984.
