Bowman Assistant Planner Garfield County 2014 Blake Avenue Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601 Dear Terry: April 15, 1981 APR1G1981 GARFIELD CO. PLANNER Re: Subdivision Exemption for Barlow-Piceance Co. properties located north of Rifle and west of Highway 13 The city has no objection to the division as proposed, provided the owners are on notice that further residential development will require annexation to the city. The city has required the developers of Rimrock (Piceance Company) to provide a right-of-way link with Highway 325 and Highway 13. This division should accomplish that purpose. If you have any further questions of the city, please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience. BHB/ds 337 East Avenue P.O. Box 1908 Sincerely, Brent H.
