Eastley FW: Parking Easement? Dave -Because the Stowe Exemption parking easement was platted at the time of the approved exemption and appears to impact both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, any proposed change to this parking easement would need to be processed through the County's Plat Amendment process and will require the approval and signature by both affected property owners (Bethel Party Rental Inc -Parcel 1 and H Lazy F Mini Storage LLC -Parcel 2). Please let me know if you have any additional questions on this direction. Should the property owners want to initiate a plat amendment, you can have them touch base with any of the planners here in the office. I can't tell who the parking easement is dedicated to. Therefore, I would prefer both to sign off on the change to the exemption plat. This would not include approval by an adjacent lot owner. Thoughts?
