Plan review/activity for BLRE-9-11-2198
9/12/11 Application received for a single family dwelling on unfinished basement and crawl space,
covered and uncovered patios, and attached garage. Permit BLRE-9-11-2198.
9/26/11 Review plans, called contractor Doug Hayes, informed him each set of architectural plans differ
and structural plans do not reference architectural plans. Request revised plans.
10/5/11 Received/reviewed revised plans, forwarded to front counter for permit issuance.
1/27/12 A stop work order was issued by the building inspector. Need to verify setbacks and building
height due to relocation of structure.
2/8/12 Meeting with architect Dick Hampleton to discuss submittal requirements/documentation to
satisfy the height limitations.
2/10/12 A partial stop work order was lifted for areas not affecting the height restriction.

6/14/12 Reviewed revised plans, alterations to lower roof height over master edroom. Called 211
contractor Doug Hayes and requested 2 copies of stamped surveyed site plans to verify elevations.
6/21/12 Received/reviewed surveyed site plan, inserted into revised plans, forwarded to front counter
for issuance. "Conditions of Permit" were attached.
10/8/12 Received revisions to roof design over master bedroom. i A 2,L (o it

NOTE: Contactor notified, plans were never picked up. (Discarded when 12/3/12 submittal received)

12/3/12 Received revisions to include a pod addition for an office and guest bedrodr rocate off the
main entry. Included revised roof design over master bedroom is unchanged as submitted on 10/8/12.
12/5/12 Reviewed/approve revised plans, forward to front counter for issuance. Amended "Conditions
of Permit" were attached.

HEIGHT DOES NOT EXCEED 1000 FT ELEVATION, MEASURED AT THE MIDPOINT OF MAIN
ROOF AS REFERENCED ON PLAN PAGE A-3. PLEASE REFERENCE THE ATTACHED EXISTING
GRADE SURVEY, SEALED, SIGNED AND DATED FEBRUARY 6, 2012. MAXIMUM BUILDING
HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED TWENTY FIVE (25) FEET AS DEFINED IN THE GARFIELD
COUNTY UNIFIED LAND USE RESOLUTION OF 2008.
