This is a memo to modify the building permit #BLRE-8-12-2607 for owners Lee and
Susan Bachman. They would like to amend the permit to finish the lower level. All
walls, electric, plumbing, mechanical, sheetrock and paint. The final finishes may
not be completed on the lower level, at final certified occupancy. All that is required
will be completed here at the lower level, and the main level will be completely
finished so the owners can move in at C.O. Later they can add finish details like
floor coverings, etc., if that is okay.
The current permit has 112 sq. ft. finished on lower level for mechanical room.
We would like to add 1302 sq. ft. as finished for a total of 1414 sq. ft.
The storage room of 551 sq. ft. will remain unfinished.
Please let me know of additional fees for this change.
