Dave and Andy-This is a great visual study of the proposed building envelopes compared to the actual site in which a
home in Cedar Hills Ranch was constructed . Based on the existing structures' relationships to the proposed envelopes
which clearly indicate that these Proposed Building Envelopes have not been enforced as "required" building envelopes,
I recommend that you proceed with permitting the Uribe home on Lot 6, as designed .

Emiro did a good job on this overlay of maps which show the actual locations of the homes relative to the envelopes. I

It was nice to meet you today .
fyf, here is the plat superimposed on Google maps satellite image of the Cedar Hills Ranch sub-division.
As you can see the majority of the homes are outside of the proposed building locations .
