Based on the existing structures' relationships to the proposed envelopes which clearly indicate that these Proposed Building Envelopes have not been enforced as "required" building envelopes, I recommend that you proceed with permitting the Uribe home on Lot 6, as designed . As you can see the majority of the homes are outside of the proposed building locations . 1
