The owner or contractor shall be required to provide this information before the plan review can proceed. Other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Please review this document to determine if you have enough information to design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review. Also, please consider using a design professional for assistance in your design and a construction professional for construction of your project. Any project with more than ten (10) occupants requires the plans to be sealed by a Colorado Registered Design Professional. Biggers [mailto:rbiggers@ci.glenwood-springs.co.us] Sent: Wednesday, January 02, 2008 11:13 AM To: 'Jeff Kehr' Subject: Climate Control remodel, Cty Rd 130 Jeff, Page 1 of 1 This note is a follow-up to the phone conversation we had this morning on the remodeling to be done at the Climate Control shop/office space on County Road 130 in Glenwood Springs, Co. Because of the amount (less then 40% of total floor area), the type of work to be done and that it is to be done in an existing building they are not required to meet any additional conditions of ours. In talking with Stu Lorton the General Manager of Climate Control about this project he said they do have future building expansion plans Which may include residential units, I told him at that time fire protection systems may-be required to be added. I also talked with him this morning after our call and he said in this phase they were planning on including the water supply components needed to sprinkler the building in the future. If you have any further questions on this project please contact me and thank you for requesting our comments on this project. ;<:;>.., i!!?<wer..o. 'Jite ~kit. tJ. S. 'J.
