HomeMy WebLinkAbout1.0 PermitSPECIAL USE PERMIT JIM & CAROL JONES In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1979, as amended, and Resolution No. 84-113 of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use Permit, the following activity: A mobile home as a principal use of a lot on the following described tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado: Beginning at a brass cap set for the north one-quarter corner of said section 15, thence South 00°39'05" East, 1318.46 feet to the center -north one -sixteenth corner of Section 15 being a brasscap; thence Sough 89°32'18" West, 442.44 feet on the north one -sixteenth line of Section 15 to the point of intersection with the Northeasterly boundary of Colorado State Highway No. 13; thence North 56°29'52" West 100.00 feet on the Northeasterly boundary at Colorado State Highway No.13; thence departing said Highway No. 13 North 10°26'15" East, 562.91 feet; thence North 29°49'32" East, 822.02 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 10.00 acres, more or less. The within Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County. NOTE: This Permit shall expire 120 days after issuance unless construction or use has commenced within that time period or unless the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners has issued an extension of this permit prior to it's expiration date.
