PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-{d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County , Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02 .17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-

We have reviewed the material submitted f or the above referenced
exemptions. The developer proposes to use we ll s for the water supply which
would intercept ground water tributary to the Roaring Fork River at a p9int
where there is still water available for a p p ropriation. This off ice can is sue
individual domestic well permits to individ u a l lot purchasers a nd we recom-
mend approval of the Carver and Jacobsen Ex emptions.
