PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (.l973) Section 30-28-l0t (10) (a)-(a) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulatjons of Garfield County, Co]orado, adopted September I '

petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to
exempt by resolution the division of 10 + acre tract of land into 3

Dear Mr. Baldwin:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referencedapplications for exemption. The developer proposes to use wells for thewater supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the ColoradoRiver at a point where there is still water available for alpropriation. Thisoffice can issue individual domestic well permits to individual lot pur-
chasers and we recommend approval of the Griffin, Zordel and KuhnsExemptions.
