The Prelim'inary Plan conforms to the Preliminary Plan requirementsof Garfield County Subdivis'ion Regulations. 4. The Preliminary Plan conforms to the requirements of the zonedistrict in which the development is located. 5. That for the above stated and other reasons, the Preliminary Plan appears to quality for approval f,y thjs Board. RECOMMENDAT I ON The Planning Commission recommended approval with the follow'ing conditions: 1. The covenants will be recorded with the Final plat.2.
