On or about June 16, 1982, a Plan of Augmentation for
10 units with 10 individual we1ls was filed in Division 5
Water Court, Case No. 82CW138.
Discovery type protests were entered by the New Multa
Trina Ditch Company and Va11ey Farms, Inc. During January
of 1983, verbal agreements \{ere reached between the parties.
The number of units and wells were reduced from 10 to 5.
To date written stipulations have been provided to the
different parties for signature and should be sent to the
Water Court by March 5, 1983. The only delay is because
one of the attorneys is on vacation until then.
A favorable ruling of the referee can be expected by
March 15th and a signed decree by the Judge can be expected
in early Apri1. There is a mandatory 20 day waiting period
between when the Referee makes his ruling and the Judge can
sign the decree.
I have absolutely no reason to believe that the Plan of
Augmentation will not be completed as planned. The State
Engineer evidently has no objection because their office
had 60 days in which to protest and did not do so.

Dear Tim;
This wil-1 confirm our conversation at the meeting with you July 28regarding the development in the Dry Hoit-ow area.
The driveways onto county Road 326 and county Road 33r as shown onyour sketch plan are satisfactory. r wourd, however, request thatenough material be removed from the bank on the west side of the roaddirectly across from the enLry onto county Road 331 to al-1ow a cleanline of sight for the southbound traffic.
As discussed, the driving surface requireddevelopment must meet standards that wiIlof County Commissioners.
If f can be of any further assistance, please advise.
