Box 907 Rifle, CO 81650 BUILDING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT RE: Lots 62A and 62B, Antler Orchard Subdivision — Final Plat Amendment Dear Mr. Stuver, I am writing this letter regarding the Matthew J. Stewart, Douglas Miles Stewart and Kimberley June Stewart application to amend the Final Plat of Lot 62, Antler Orchard. At this time the application does not include all required information per Garfield County Regulations. The application is therefore deemed technically incomplete and the Planning Department will not process this application any further until the following information, listed below, has been provided to the satisfaction of this office. Please address the following items and submit three copies of the modified information to this office so that we may continue the review of this application. General Application Materials • Provide a copy of a map showing the subject Tots and all public and private land owners adjacent to these lots. Please identify the parcel numbers for each of the adjacent properties on this map. • Provide a copy of the Pre -application Conference Summary. Please note, as per Section 4-103 (C) (1), if the application is not complete, the Director shall inform the applicant of the deficiencies in writing and shall take no further action on the application until the deficiencies are remedied. If the applicant fails to correct the deficiencies within sixty (60) calendar days, the application shall be considered withdrawn and returned to the applicant.
