We have reviewed the documents provided for the above mentioned property including:
1. Subsoil Study prepared by HP Geotech dated February 9, 2015.
2. Roof Plan prepared by KA Dcsignworks dated March IO, 2015.
3 . Layout and Grading Plan by RCLA dated Fcbruary4, 2015 (revision 3/16/15).
It is our determination the grading as shown on the Layout and Grading Pan will direct stormwatcr
run-off away from the proposed residence and will prevent run-off onto adjacent properties. The
proposed drywell will be constructed as shown on the attached detail.
All recommendations put forth in the subsoil study shall be adhered to.
