The project cannot be approved until all meter yokes have been brought to the proper grade that will require reexcavation of the meter pits and replacement of the yokes. Yoke extensions will not be allowed. In the interim, if a building permit is requested for a lot, the District will not allow a tap connection until the water meter yoke for said lot is raised to District Standards.
