The following items are required by Garfield County for a final inspection:
1. A final Electrical Inspection from the Colorado State Electrical Inspector,
2, Permanent address assigned by Garfield County Building Department posted where readily
visible from access road,
3. A finished roof, a lockable house, complete exterior siding, exterior doors and windows
installed, a complete kitchen with cabinets, a sink with hot & cold running water, non-absorbent
kitchen floor coverings, counter tops and finished walls, ready for stove and refrigerator, all
necessary plumbing;
4. A complete bathroom. with wash bowl, tub or shower. toilet stool, hot and cold running
water, non-absorbent floors and walls finished and a privacy door;
5 All steps outside or inside over three (3) steps must have handrails, guard rails on balconies or
decks aver 30" high constructed to all 1994 UBC requirements;
6. Outside grading done to where water will detour away from the building_
7. Exceptions to the outside steps. decks and grading may be made upon the demonstration of
extenuating circumstances, i.e. weather, but a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all
the required items are completed and a final inspection made

Revegatation Plan
Johnson Construction Company yard frontage at Lacy Park.
It is proposed to provide Xeriscaping in the form of native grasses
and brush in the disturbed area between the 50 foot storage setback
line and the Highway R/W line as shown on the attached plot -plan.
It is further proposed to place an irrigated entrance planting of
Rocky Mountain Junipers around an entrance sign, with Native Yucca
Shrubs in front.
Brush to be seeded will be four wing saltbrush and greasewood.
Native grasses will be buffalo grass and crested wheat.
The soil will be fertilized at the rate of 400 lbs/acre and
incorporated into the soil by scarification. The seed will be
drilled into the prepared seed bed. We hope to do the planting this
fall, to take advantage of the fall and winter precipatation, which
will encourage growth next spring.

Dear Mr. Johnson:
-I have had an opportunity to review the landscape plan submitted by a Creek Meadows Gardens
for your proposed base facilities at Lacy Park. I spoke with Mr: Bob Thomas of Creek Meadows
and he explained the limitations associated with the site and irrigated landscape. The plan
contains a portion -of irrigated planting mixed with native Xeriscaping.
This plan is acceptable to the City of Rifle if it is constructed ans planned.
