Dear Mr. Sandstrom,
On behalf of AT&T, I would like to thank you and your staff members for all of the support on
AT&T's application for this site.
AT&T continually evaluates its customers' needs and the demands for additional wireless
communications facilities in its global network. I am writing to notify you AT&T has
determined that at this time it will not proceed with the application for this site. Therefore,
AT&T hereby withdraws this application without prejudice to its ability to file another
application for this site at a future date.
Thank you for your assistance. If there are any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to

Sorry for the delayed response we have been trying to work with our client on figuring out the future of this
project. Unfortunately, my client will not be moving forward with this project at this time and we would like to formally
withdraw our application. I have attached a formal withdrawal letter to this email for your records. I apologize for the

Hi Lyndsay,
Please let me know if you plan on moving forward with the Hearing on Sept 21 for the Rifle Creek Estates AT&T tower. If
you do plan on moving forward, I will need to get the updated adjacent property owner list from you and I will need to
send you updated public notice forms and poster. The Rifle Citizen Telegram will need to receive the ad within the next
week in order to achieve the required 30 day notice period.
If you do not plan on moving forward with the application, please send me an email withdrawing the application.
Similarly, if I do no hear from you by August 21, 2015, I will withdraw the application from our system and return the
application materials to you.

Thanks Lyndsay.
I ran this by Tamra Allen, Planning Manager. Provided the long period of time between now and Sept 21, both of us have
some concerns about possible changes in ownership for adjacent property owners which need to be notified. As a result,
she is willing to accept the extension provided updated names and addresses are submitted for adjacent property
owners within 200' that will need to receive notification. This list will need to be provided before notice is sent out for
the Sept 21 hearing.
In addition, no additional extensions will be granted. If notice is not accomplished for the Sept 21 hearing, the
application will be considered withdrawn and will need to be resubmitted if your client wishes to proceed.
