— This map has been prepared for the purpose of aiding the reader regarding the location
and general information for the Pads to be considered as part of a Major Land Use Impact
Review application by Ursa Operating Company within the Battlement Mesa P.U.D. The boundary
of the P.U.D. is shown per Resolution 82-121 recorded as Reception No. 333476 and
amended by unrecorded Resolution 82-138, dated 21 June, 1982. The majority of the
information shown hereon has been plotted using the information contained within the Special
Warranty Deed recorded as Reception No. 408507 which describes the l/mits of the Battlment
Mesa P.U.D. along with the encumbrances and exceptions affecting the parcel at the time of
recording. Other information shown hereon has been plotted per SGM legacy data and title
work provided by Ursa Operating Company.
— Pads BMC A, BMC B, BMC D, BMC F, BMC L, & BMC M lie within parcels shown hereon
labeled as "Unplatted Battlement Mesa P. U.D. " These parcels are remainders within the overall
Battlement Mesa P.U.D. ownership. The Assessor's Parcel No. for these parcels is
2407-081-00-152.

Garfield County, Colorado
A Site Easement located within the Battlement Mesa Planned Unit Development (hereinafter referred to as P.U.D.)
as described in that document recorded as Reception No. 333476 in Garfield County Records (hereinafter
referred to as G.C.R.) and amended by unrecorded Resolution No. 82-138 dated 21 June, 1982, said parcel also
lies within the N X of Section 18, Township 7 South, Range 95 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield
County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most Northeasterly corner of the said P.U.D., being the Point of Beginning of the legal
description contained in said Reception No. 333476, also being the East Quarter corner of Section 5, Township 7
South, Range 95 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, from which the Southeast corner of said Section 5 bears S
00'15'43" W a distance of 2605.35 feet (Basis of Bearings for this description);
THENCE S43'47'01"W for o distance of 11761.95 feet to a point on a curve of the Southerly Right–of–Way
(ROW) of River Bluff Road as described in that document recorded as Reception No. 398302 and shown on
Exhibit B thereof, G.C.R., and being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence S 41'43'03" E a distance of 56.91 feet;
Thence S 18'51'01" E a distance of 424.88 feet;
Thence S 58°19'34" W a distance of 619.61 feet;
Thence N 39'41'30" W a distance of 407.53 feet to a point on said Southerly Right–of–Way of River Bluff Road;
Thence N 43'56'11" E along said ROW a distance of 315.00 feet;
Thence S 72°46'23"E a distance of 203.47 feet;
Thence S 87°15'02" E a distance of 99.12 feet;
Thence N 5715'38" E a distance of 81.64 feet;
Thence N 29'59'15" W a distance of 84.19 feet to a point on said Southerly Right–of–Way of River Bluff Rood;
Thence 93.50 feet along said Right–of–Way along the arc of a non–tangent curve to the left, having a radius
of 425.00 feet, a central angle of 12'36'18.72'; the chord of which bears N 5224'54" E a distance of 93.31
feet.
Said Site Easement contains 7.0272 acres more or less.

- Basis of Bearings: S 00°15'43" W a distance of 2605.35 feet between the East 14 Corner
Southwest Corner of Section 5, Township 7 South, Range 95 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian.

- Existing contours and improvement information shown hereon is from the photogrammetry dated
October 2005 by Aerometrics. The Vertical Datum of said contours is NAVD 29, the contour interval is
2 feet.
– Proposed BMC D falls within a Planned Unit Development zone district and within sub zone Low
Density Residential District – LDR.
Proposed BMC D grading and structures shown hereon are from current engineering designs.
- There are no buildings or structures on the subject property that will affect this development
Ground cover vegetation is native grasses and sagebrush.
- See Sheet 3 for detailed view of Well Pad & Typical Elevation Sections.
The proposed Produced Water Treatment System for the Well Pads in this Major Impact Review
application is shown on the ""BMC F" Site Plan. The water will be cycled in the Proposed Pipeline
shown hereon. Fresh water supply is to be determined.
Pump and haul facilities will be provided for Sanitary Waste.
