To Whom It May Concern:
I have performed a walkthrough and have observed the structural framing at 88 Pine St, Carbondale.
The framing has been constructed in accordance with the design intent. All deviations from the plans
have been observed and are structurally acceptable, including, but not limited to, 2x6 stud pack columns
in lieu of 6x6 columns, 1 %" diameter (or smaller) holes in either direction through columns or studs,
and holes through roof joists.
