That portion of a tract of Land as described by Special Warranty Deed filed for record at Reception number 828589
in the office of the County Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado, situated in the W1/2 Section 15, Township 4
South, Range 94 West, 6th P.M., said portion is graphically illustrated on Blanco Hill sketch, attached hereto and by
this mention made part hereof and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Section 15, monumented by a 3.25 inch BLM Brass Cap stamped
T4SR94W, S9, S10, S15, S16 1978; FROM WHENCE the quarter corner common to Section 15 and Section 22,
monumented by a 3.25 inch BLM Brass Cap stamped T4NR94W, S15, S22 1978 bears South 24°50'08" East
5925.58 feet with all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto; THENCE South 36°54'23" East
