HomeMy WebLinkAboutEngineer's Final Inspection Report 09.01.2015ALL S ffl Y 1 C [ d147 t raun Court Arvada, CO 80004 303.908.7873 September 1st 2015 Ryan Ivy 717 County Road 120 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Installation Observations and Septic Record Report Lot 2, The Ranch at Coulter Creek Garfield County, Colorado Mr. Ivy, ALL SERVICE septic, LLC reviewed the installation for the onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) septic system on October 27`h 2014. The property is located outside of Carbondale Colorado, in an area where OWTS and wells are necessary. The OWTS design is based on 5 -bedrooms and an average sewage load of 600 GPD. The installation included a 2000 gallon, two-compartment concrete septic tank with an effluent filter. Five gravelless chamber trenches, using `Quick -4' InfiltratorTM chambers, have been installed. Each trench has 1 row of 15 chambers, for a total of 75 chambers, equaling 900 square feet (SF) of infiltrative area. Serial distribution has been used to distribute effluent. Clean effluent filter as needed. The OWTS was generally installed according to specifications. This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if changes are made to the OWTS in the future. Any additional OWTS construction must be according to the county regulations. LIMITS: Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. The installer must have documented and demonstrated knowledge of the requirements and regulations of the county in which they are working.
