Installation Observations and Septic Record Report
Lot 2, The Ranch at Coulter Creek
Garfield County, Colorado
Mr. Ivy,
ALL SERVICE septic, LLC reviewed the installation for the onsite wastewater treatment system
(OWTS) septic system on October 27`h 2014. The property is located outside of Carbondale
Colorado, in an area where OWTS and wells are necessary.
The OWTS design is based on 5 -bedrooms and an average sewage load of 600 GPD. The installation
included a 2000 gallon, two-compartment concrete septic tank with an effluent filter. Five gravelless
chamber trenches, using `Quick -4' InfiltratorTM chambers, have been installed. Each trench has 1 row
of 15 chambers, for a total of 75 chambers, equaling 900 square feet (SF) of infiltrative area. Serial
distribution has been used to distribute effluent. Clean effluent filter as needed.
The OWTS was generally installed according to specifications. This observation is not a guarantee
of workmanship and/or parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if
changes are made to the OWTS in the future. Any additional OWTS construction must be according
to the county regulations.
LIMITS:
Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. The installer
must have documented and demonstrated knowledge of the requirements and regulations of the
county in which they are working. The quality of the installation is dependent of the expertise of the
installer, soil type, and weather conditions.
Please call with questions.
Sincerely,
ALL SERVICE septic, LLC
Timothy R. Petz
