1) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2009 IBC, IMC, IPC, IFGC, IECC, IFC, AND THE
MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS.
2) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE CURRENT LAND USE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
3) BUILDING 15 APPROVED AS FULLY SPRINKLERED, NONSEPARATED, TYPE II -B
CONSTRUCTION, 5-1, B OCCUPANCIES.
4) LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT SHALL INSPECT FIRE SUPRESSION SYSTEM, EXTINQUISHERS,
ALARMS, AND OTHER PERTINENT IFC REQUIREMENTS. FIRE DISTRICT FINAL APPROVAL
REPORT IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
5) PRIOR TO FOUNDATION INSPECTION, PROVIDE A COPY OF THE REVISED STORMWATER
DISCHARGE PERMIT. STORMWATER DRAINAGE SHALL NOT EXCEED HISTORIC
DRAINAGES FROM THE DEVELOPED PROPERTY.
6) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 2000 PSF.
7) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
PROVIDE AN APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
8) CONTACT GARFIELD COUNTY ROAD & BRIDGE DEPARTMENT REGARDING ACCESS
IMPROVEMENTS. FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
9) ACCESSIBILITY PER 2009 IBC, CHAPTER 11 AND ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003.
10) COMMISSIONING OF SPECIAL MECHANICAL SYSTEMS AND PROPER EQUIPMENT
PERFORMANCE REPORT, SIGNED BY A COLORADO DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, 15 REQUIRED
PRIOR TO CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
11) IECC, CH. 5 COMPLIANCE REPORT REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL HVAC INSPECTION.
12) ELECTRICAL ROUGH APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
13) ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
14) ENGINEERED SEPTIC APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
