The fire protection systems shown on the finial submitted plans meet Glenwood Springs Fire Departments requirements for the Federal Express building to be built on this site. The builder shall pull permits from Glenwood Springs Fire Department for the internal fire protection systems that will be installed in the building. The permits, fees and plans for the systems shall be submitted to the Glenwood Springs Fire Department for review and comment prior to installation. As we discussed before, I will need written confirmation from you that the fire protection system is satisfactory to you before I can issue the permit (Condition #1 as excerpted in the Response Letter). This may not be new information to you, but wanted to make sure you got a copy of it. Thanks, Dave 1
